Ingredients:
1 cup Nonfat yogurt
1 peach
Cinnamon
Instructions:
1.) Cut the peach into chunks (you're choice on how big or small)
2.) Put your nonfat yogurt in a bowl
3.) Add peach chunks to the yogurt and lightly sprinkle cinnamon
